Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes apply from your next billing cycle.

How does billing work?

An account created on the website gets a 3-day Pro trial without a card, and nothing is charged unless you pick a plan yourself. On the web, Pro is billed monthly or yearly and Pro Family yearly; cancel anytime from your account. The mobile app has no automatic trial: you can try each premium feature once for free, and its yearly plans start with a free trial of 7 days on iPhone and Android. The price, the billing period and the date of your first charge are shown before you confirm, and we send a reminder 48 hours before it.

Do I need a card to start the trial?

No. The 3-day trial starts without a card, and you can cancel anytime.

Can I try photo scanning before I pay?

Yes. The Free plan includes 1 photo scan every day (it resets at your local midnight), on top of the 3-day trial. Barcode scans are unlimited. Pro and Pro Family include unlimited photo scans.

How much does the yearly plan save?

Yearly Pro costs 65-67% less than paying monthly for twelve months, depending on where you pay. The exact saving for your plan is calculated from the real prices and shown next to each price.

What is Pro Family?

Pro Family has every Pro feature and covers a household of up to 6 people, with portions scaled for each person. Pro covers up to 2 people, and Free is for one person. Pro Family is sold as a yearly plan only.

What is the founder price?

The first 500 paying members get Pro yearly for $29.99 instead of the regular yearly price, and it stays $29.99 for as long as that subscription stays active. If it lapses, the founder price is gone. When all 500 are taken the offer ends. It is available outside Ukraine; in Ukraine the regular yearly price is already lower.

How are calorie targets calculated?
